• Comdata expands payment solutions to Canada

    Jan. 10, 2013

Canadian-based companies now have access to fleet card and corporate card programs from Comdata with universal acceptance and real-time controls.

The Comdata MasterCard provides a consolidated solution for managing fleet expenses, travel and entertainment spending, and purchasing, the company said. With the one-card program, companies eliminate the need for employees or drivers to carry multiple cards and remove the complexities and exposure of managing multiple programs.

The new program features billing and settlement in Canadian dollars, as well as management of data for Canadian tax reporting. Additionally, Comdata offers bi-lingual customer support in English and French.

“Comdata has been serving companies in Canada for more than 15 years, and we are excited to now offer this expansion of our product offering that addresses specific needs,” said Steve Stevenson, president of Comdata. “By combining spending with a single-card solution, companies can realize greater visibility and improved efficiency.”
