According to the company, once a driver updates to the app’s latest version, any 34-hour consecutive off-duty period will qualify as a restart.
“We are the first eLogs provider to go live with this change -- one of the advantages of building on the Android and iPhone platforms,” Shoaib Makani, founder & CEO of KeepTruckin told FleetOwner.
“We just released the updated version of our Android app,” he advised. “And we’ve submitted the iOS app to Apple for review. It can take up to seven days for that approval. But we requested expedited review given the urgency.”
