Loaded with wares and displays from more than 60 different trucking and transportation technology companies, the Technology Hub exhibition hall at TMW Systems' annual Transforum conference lived up to its name.
The conference wrapped up Wednesday, Sept. 16, in Orlando, FL. A number of exhibitors announced new products, product features or software integrations in conjunction with the three-day event, and the Tech Hub drew steady traffic from attendees testing out those as well as the rest of the exhibitors' product and service offerings.
"Increasing the quality and depth of integration with our ecosystem partners is important," TMW President David Wangler told Fleet Owner. "If someone is on the [exhibit hall] floor and they are a technology provider, it's safe to say we have some level of integration with them as their solutions and ours work together and we add more capabilities."
Some of the announcements included:
• TMW unveiled new features and services across its transportation operations software lineup
• PeopleNet announced new integrations with TMW's TMT Fleet Maintenance software
• ALK Technology's PC*MILER 29 is tested and certified for use with the TMW portfolio of products

• CarrierWeb is offering an Android-based version of its fixed in-cab unit and new mobile solution
