Riverside Transport picks DiamondMine EDI

Truckload carrier Riverside Transport has adopted DiamondMine EDI translation software from Intelek. Riverside’s fleet of 400 trucks, based in Kansas City, KS, hauls paper and consumer goods as well as building materials.

“DiamondMine EDI enables us to seamlessly exchange data between our enterprise software and ours shippers’ load management systems,” said Brian Hedge, IT manager. “Previously, we were using a combination of in-house and third party systems to handle these transactions. That process was both time consuming and expensive, nor is it our core competency. We currently have over 40 DiamondMine EDI maps set up for 15 customers, which has already saved us a considerable amount of money and we anticipate even greater savings as more customers are added and converted in the future.”
