Water Maze has announced the CLPB series wash-water treatment system, which the company said is the first to integrate mechanical filtration and bioremediation.

The integration does not use chlorine for sanitation, making it safer and more environmentally friendly, and the technologies treat emulsified oils and suspended solids such as clay or silt, which are outside the range and capability of other wash-water treatment systems, the company said.

The CLPB facilitates the injection of a Water Maze BioStax 1800 microbe solution, which controls odor and degrades Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH), fuels, benzenes, oils and grease when coordinated with a time-sequenced aeration of bacteria, the company said. It features a 600-gallon high-density polyethylene tank that is resistant to chemical fatigue and ultraviolet exposure, Water Maze added.
