The Haldex Group announced it has finalized the acquisition of the Anchorlok air brake actuator and Neway suspension control valve businesses from the Holland Group of Holland, Michigan. Manufacturing facilities located in Monterrey, Mexico and Grand Haven, MI will be integrated into Haldex Brake Systems, headquartered in Kansas City, MO.

“We are proud to announce this acquisition and welcome both businesses into the Haldex team,” said Chuck Kleinhagen, president of Haldex Brake Systems.

Kleinhagen said the acquisition benefits Haldex customers and the commercial vehicle industry because it gives them access to the most comprehensive range of brake actuation and air suspension control products.

Management teams from the two acquired businesses will join Haldex, and continue with current operational responsibilities.
