Clean Fleet Technologies Conference set for June

The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC), as part of its Clean Cities/Clean Vehicles Initiative, will host the 8th annual Clean Fleet Technologies Conference: Fueling the Choice, on June 5, 2013.

The event will include interactive panel discussions and learning sessions on the latest in alternative fuels and fleet technologies. Speakers from General Motors, Apache Corp. and the University of Texas will lead discussions.

Among the topics to be discussed are funding opportunities for advanced vehicles, alternative fuel infrastructure developments, emerging vehicle technologies and energy/transportation policy. There will also be exhibit hall displays, a vehicle “Ride & Drive” experience and alternative fueled equipment displays.

The conference will take place at Sugar Land Skeeters Constellation Field in Sugar Land, TX. It will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with registration taking place at 9:30 a.m.

The cost is $35 per attendee by May 8, $50 per attendee starting May 9, and $60 per attendee the day of event.
